What You'll Do:
Clinical Duties Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans addressing gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility. Design and implement home exercise programs to support carryover of therapeutic gains. Provide individual and group therapy sessions — in person and via teletherapy — based on insurance authorization and family need. Collaborate with the Therapy Team Lead and/or Therapy Manager on treatment planning and clinical problem-solving. Communicate progress, goals, and concerns clearly with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure progress notes are current for upcoming PCSP meetings and provide relevant updates to the DDD Director as needed. Follow established scheduling priorities during cancellations and open clinical times. Maintain clinical competence by pursuing continuing education aligned with caseload needs. Submit weekly check-ins via the designated internal platform. Share treatment milestones, special activities, or progress highlights with the Therapy Manager as requested. Clinical Supervision Serve as a clinical supervisor for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as assigned. Review and co-sign PTA documentation within two business days. Provide ongoing mentorship, oversight, and constructive clinical feedback to support your team's growth. Documentation & Compliance Complete billing and daily/progress notes by the end of the next business day (or last working day of the week). Complete discharge documentation by the end of the next business day. Submit progress reports in accordance with insurance timelines. Complete letters of medical necessity as requested by Authorization Coordinator. Ensure documentation is measurable, objective, and includes appropriate clinical reasoning. Complete incident reports and submit to DDD Director (DDD clients) or Therapy Manager by end of next business day when required. Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of all client records. Professional Collaboration & Engagement Communicate proactively with Supervisor when support or guidance is needed. Monitor and approve personal timesheets weekly and at end of each pay period. Utilize effective time management to remain within approved hours. Check Microsoft Teams and email daily to ensure timely communication. Participate in annual company events and engagement initiatives as requested. Participate in company reviews including surveys, 90-day reviews, annual evaluations, and peer review requests. Contribute to equipment care, cleaning, and sanitizing of therapy materials and shared spaces. Follow all cleaning and safety protocols. Adhere to all policies outlined in the Milemarkers Employee Handbook.

Qualifications Required:
Current Arizona Physical Therapist License. Valid driver's license free of DUI or suspension history. Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with electronic documentation and billing platforms. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice.
Preferred:
Pediatric PT experience, particularly in neurodevelopmental or orthopedic conditions. Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Outpatient or multidisciplinary clinic background.
