• Mesa, AZ Citadel Outpatient Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient therapy team in Mesa, Arizona .

This is a unique mobile outpatient position where you'll provide therapy services within partnered Assisted Living communities. You'll treat patients in a community-based outpatient setting while working alongside a collaborative, in-house rehab team.
