The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. This role offers an opportunity to work across diverse clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community care environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles, excellent clinical judgment, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion. Develop and implement personalized care plans that address specific patient needs and recovery goals. Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes. Document all clinical interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings. Provide education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and home care strategies. Assist in the management of acute care cases within hospital or inpatient environments. Support outpatient rehabilitation efforts at clinics or outpatient centers specializing in orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, or geriatrics. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in physiotherapy techniques and healthcare regulations. Experience Proven experience practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist in diverse clinical settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home health environments. Demonstrated expertise working with geriatric patients and managing complex care plans involving mobility aids and discharge planning. Experience with outpatient rehabilitation centers or outpatient clinic environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and the application of physiotherapy modalities including trigger point therapy. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management. Prior involvement in inpatient or hospital-based care settings is preferred. Strong understanding of outpatient rehabilitation protocols for orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and community-based care. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
