Duties:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional limitations, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, exercises, and modalities. Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs. Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

Current Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist (new graduates welcome). Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program. Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice in physical therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
