We are searching for a dynamic Permanent Physical Therapy Manager to join our esteemed healthcare team. As a Permanent Physical Therapy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a culture of excellence among the team.Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and achieve departmental goals. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of physical therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and care quality. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy, implementing best practices and innovative approaches in service delivery.Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a physical therapy leadership role. A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current licensure to practice physical therapy. Demonstrated experience managing a team of healthcare professionals, with a track record of fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, best practices, and relevant regulations. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using healthcare software systems.
