Job Description
Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Experienced physical therapists are needed to deliver exceptional care for patients in a dynamic outpatient hospital setting. This assignment involves evaluating patient needs, collaborating closely with physicians, and designing therapy plans aimed at functional improvement and safe return to community activities. The position calls for professional accountability, high standards of patient and employee safety, and engagement in personal and team development.

Valid and active physical therapy license Prior experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment capabilities Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards Ability to comply with all organizational safety policies and proceduresCore Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Oversee and direct all physical therapy services for assigned patients, incorporating physician directives Document care plans, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately in compliance with state and clinic guidelines Educate patients, families, colleagues, students, and self on therapy goals and safety practices Participate in the student program by providing supervision, mentorship, and constructive feedback Uphold standards regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance Engage in performance improvement processes and clinical competency programs Maintain current licensure and fulfill continuing education requirementsBenefits & Perks:
