Job Description

  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • to join our interdisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, providing high-quality care that improves mobility, reduces pain, and enhances overall function and independence.
  • PT PRN Pay:
    $48 - $65 per hour,
  • based on experience The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualized care across a variety of settings.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Evaluate individuals across
  • all populations
  • and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans + Implement therapy programs to improve function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction + Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries + Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care strategies and home exercise programs + Assess treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes + Evaluate patient environments (home, daycare, community) and recommend modifications to support functional independence + Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs + Manage caseloads, coordinate scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices •

  • Qualifications:
  • + Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program + Current
  • Arizona Physical Therapy license
  • required + Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply + Ability to work with both pediatric and adult populations + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable approach
