Phoenix Metro (Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, West Phoenix, Gilbert) + Tucson travel opportunities Help Patients Recover Their Brain, Balance & Life Neuron Connect is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Vestibular Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to support patients recovering from concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), dizziness, balance disorders, vestibular dysfunction, headaches, cognitive fatigue, and neurological injury . This role is ideal for a therapist passionate about working at the intersection of brain health, neurorehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional recovery . At Neuron Connect, we provide a multidisciplinary approach to care that includes qEEG Brain Mapping, Neurofeedback Therapy, trauma-informed care, and neurological rehabilitation support to help patients restore function and quality of life. What You'll Do Perform vestibular and neurological physical therapy evaluations Create individualized rehabilitation plans for concussion/TBI recovery Treat dizziness, balance dysfunction, vertigo, visual-motion sensitivity, gait instability, headaches, and post-concussive symptoms Collaborate with neurofeedback specialists, physicians, and care teams Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercises Track progress and document outcomes Preferred Experience Vestibular rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Concussion / TBI rehabilitation experience preferred Neurological rehabilitation background preferred Experience with athletes, personal injury, post-accident recovery, or neurological populations a plus Strong patient communication and compassionate bedside manner Qualifications Active Arizona PT license Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT degree Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a growing, innovative healthcare environment Why Join Neuron Connect?
