About MGo OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy At MGo OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy, we specialize in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy — and we believe healthcare should feel different. Our practice was built on the belief that patients deserve individualized, one-on-one care that looks beyond symptoms and treats the whole person. We help women and all active adults move confidently without pain, leakage, limitation, or fear. As a cash-based practice, we provide full 55-60 minute treatment sessions focused on meaningful outcomes, patient education, and long-term transformation — not rushed visits or volume-based care.

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, growth-oriented provider to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves building relationships with patients Values quality over quantity Wants mentorship and professional growth Enjoys autonomy and creativity in treatment planning Thrives in a collaborative, positive environment Is excited to help grow awareness around pelvic health and injury prevention within the community Providers with pelvic health experience are encouraged to apply, but we are also open to mentoring the right person who is eager to learn. What You'll Do Treat approximately 4-7 patients per day in one-on-one 55-60 minute sessions Guide patients through individualized plans of care designed for long-term success Treat a diverse orthopedic and pelvic health population (all genders, ages 14-70+) Collaborate with other providers to optimize patient outcomes Educate and empower patients throughout their care journey Help patients connect with their "deeper why" to improve consistency and engagement Confidently discuss treatment recommendations and care plans Think critically and adapt creatively in treatment approaches Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture Participate in community outreach and education opportunities Assist with educational and social media content creation to increase awareness around pelvic health and wellness Qualifications Required Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for helping people and building meaningful patient relationships Positive attitude and growth mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Preferred Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 (or equivalent) Experience treating pelvic health conditions Understanding of or openness to learning cash-based care Interest in women's health, orthopedics, and movement-based rehabilitation Comfortable appearing in or contributing to social media/educational content Training and mentorship support are available for the right candidate. Mentorship Includes:
Co-treating opportunities Chart reviews and case discussions Clinical reasoning mentorship Pelvic health education support Communication and patient experience coaching Biweekly or monthly team collaboration meetings Access to exercise and patient education resources
Schedule Part-time:
20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday, weekends optional depending on your preference In-person position located in Wickenburg, Arizona at 130 E.
