We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on treatment to patients with various injuries and conditions to help improve their mobility and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct initial evaluations of patients to create personalized treatment plans Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities to assist with pain management and rehabilitation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient Keep detailed records of patient treatments and progress

Qualifications and Skills:
