With a 1-on-1 patient care model and 40-minute treatment sessions, you can connect, educate, and treat with intention. Your work has a direct impact on quality of life. You will help older adults stay independent, improve mobility, reduce limitations, and continue participating in the activities that matter most to them. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Interpret findings and establish treatment goals Administer high-quality Physical Therapy services Track and document patient progress Educate patients and family members Maintain accurate clinical records Complete required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist 1 year of experience preferred New graduates may be considered Passion for working with older adults Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM This Could Be the Role That Makes Physical Therapy Feel Meaningful Again The right role should give you more than a schedule and a paycheck.
