Lead Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview The Lead Physical Therapist is a high‑level clinician who provides exceptional patient care while supporting the development and oversight of PTAs. This role is primarily clinical, with limited administrative duties, and is designed for a therapist who can model the clinic's standards, uphold the Director's treatment philosophy, and maintain efficient, high‑value care. The Lead PT must be highly coachable , open to feedback, and able to adapt to the clinic's established model of patient management, PTA supervision, and workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Excellence Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based, 1:1 patient care aligned with clinic standards and treatment philosophy. Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, functional progressions, and patient education. Maintain efficient scheduling, documentation, and caseload management. Support optimal patient outcomes, independence, and long‑term functional success. 2. PTA Oversight & Mentorship Provide direct mentorship, training, and feedback to PTAs. Ensure PTA treatment approaches align with the Director's expectations and clinic philosophy. Support PTA development in clinical reasoning, communication, and efficiency. Assist with onboarding and skill development for new PTAs. 3. Operational Support (Minimal Admin) Help maintain smooth daily workflow and resource efficiency. Support documentation quality, compliance, and consistency. Assist with problem‑solving and clinical decision support as needed. Model professionalism, accountability, and patient‑centered care. 4. Culture, Coachability & Team Alignment Demonstrate coachability, openness to feedback, and willingness to adjust practice patterns to match clinic standards. Uphold the Director's approach to patient management, PTA supervision, and communication. Reinforce a positive, learning‑focused, high‑standards environment. Promote teamwork, communication, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

$55.00 - $70.00 per hour
