Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries through therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and patient education. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to enhance long-term outcomes Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of physical therapy to provide the highest standard of care

Qualifications and Skills:
