Brentwood, CA 94513 Back On Track Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic committed to providing exceptional patient care through one-on-one treatment sessions, manageable caseloads, and a supportive clinical environment. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join our growing team in Brentwood, California. Mandatory Requirements to Apply DPT, MPT, or equivalent Physical Therapy degree Active California Physical Therapist License or eligibility for California licensure Interest in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care New graduates are encouraged to apply International candidates meeting California licensing requirements are welcome Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs Collaborate with support staff and healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes Bonus & Benefits +
