ASAP About the Position Job Title Physical Therapist Location Brentwood, Tennessee Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic scheduling protocols Float to additional clinic locations within the greater Nashville and Franklin area as needed Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply) Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment Willingness and ability to float to regional clinic locations as assigned Preferred Experience / Skills Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in orthopedics Experience with high-volume patient scheduling and double-booking workflows Why Join Us 36 hours per week guaranteed, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours Open to first-time travelers, offering a supportive entry point into contract-based clinical work
