BestNest Management is currently seeking a 1099 contractor

Physical Therapist to work a 6 month contract at a Correctional Facility, with the possibility of extension or offer of permanent employment.

Chowchilla, CA Shifts available: M-F 7:30am-4pm or 7am-3:30pm

1099

Must be certified through the DCA board.
Must have an Active BLS from the (American Heart Association).
Valid Driver's License
1yr experience as a physical therapist. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Provide initial assessments, develop a treatment plan consistent with those findings.
Maintain all charting on a daily basis.
Preform physical therapy practices.
