Compensation Package:

Competitive piece-rate pay with multiple bonus opportunities:

Per Visit:

$70

• $130 per completed visit (good-faith estimate; varies by visit type)

Drive Time:

$25 per hour

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.70 per mile

You'll help patients regain mobility and independence after surgery, making a real difference in their recovery. Responsibilities Perform home health physical therapy evaluations and develop care plans Provide therapeutic treatment and instruct patients/caregivers Monitor progress and report changes to physicians Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary case conferences Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per state regulations Requirements Current California Physical Therapy License 2+ years of physical therapy experience ( home health preferred ) CPR certification Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Why GrandCare?
