We serve children primarily from birth through age 16, with a strong emphasis on early intervention, developmental care, and family-centered treatment. Our practice supports children with motor delays, developmental differences, coordination challenges, sensory-motor needs, and functional mobility concerns. Treatment may include pediatric physical therapy, DMI, sensory integration-informed care, reflex integration, caregiver education, and individualized home programming. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and interested in helping children build strength, confidence, coordination, balance, mobility, and participation in daily routines. Pediatric experience is preferred, but motivated clinicians with a strong interest in pediatrics and early intervention are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients, primarily ages 0-16 Provide early intervention-focused care for infants and young children Create individualized treatment plans and functional goals Educate families on carryover strategies and home programs Collaborate with caregivers and team members Complete timely documentation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist or license-eligible in California Pediatric experience preferred Interest in early intervention and pediatric development Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Sick days Continuing education support
