Our privately owned outpatient facility has an outstanding reputation in the healthcare industry with a high rating for quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations including history, objective measures, plan of care.
  • Implement and execute patient treatment plans.
  • Communicate with patients, family members, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
  • Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
  • Provide timely written documentation as required by insurance providers to meet licensing, certification regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan.
  • Support and participate in department operations and development.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • New Grads Welcome!! On site mentorship
  • Current California state licensure
  • CPR Certification
  • Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Worker's Compensation and other private payor sources.
  • Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Schedule:
Flexible work schedule/hours Must be able to work 2 Saturday shifts a month: Saturday hours are 7am-12 noon
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
