Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about promoting student achievement and independence within educational settings. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly regarded Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and developmental needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Perform assessments to determine student needs and track progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth Document sessions and maintain accurate and timely records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning Provide training and guidance to school staff as needed on supportive mobility strategies This contract position allows you to work closely with a supportive network of educators and families.
