Summary We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Advanced Physical Therapy. In this role, you will work with patients in various settings, including acute care and outpatient facilities, helping them recover from injuries and improve their physical function. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience in acute care or outpatient settings preferred. Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
