Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility and alleviate pain. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home care strategies . Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical standards. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices .

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy License Strong patient care skills and knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in anatomy and physiology Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans Familiarity with neurological conditions and pediatrics Background in outpatient and clinic environments Proficient in manual therapy for all areas of the body
