1 Description American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a day shift, 40-hour-per-week travel contract including mileage reimbursement. Details Day shift schedule, 40 hours per week Home health setting with mileage reimbursement included Documentation via Home Care Home Base and Pointcare Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience in home health physical therapy Active, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice required (license required if applicable) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association) Proficiency with Home Care Home Base and Pointcare required Must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years Skills checklist completed within the past year for this specialty required Additional Information Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered RTO is limited to no more than 5 days for the duration of the contract
