What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you'll serve as a movement expert responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through: Comprehensive patient examinations and evaluations Physical Therapy diagnosis and treatment planning Development of individualized rehabilitation programs Patient education and wellness coaching Outcome measurement and discharge planning Collaboration with physicians, specialists, and care teams Consultation, education, program development, and quality improvement initiatives Supervision and direction of support personnel as appropriate You'll play a critical role in helping patients regain independence, improve function, reduce pain, and achieve their personal goals.
