Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, outpatient clinic setting Prolonged standing, walking, and active participation during 8-10 hour workdaysKey Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy (required) Active California PT license or eligibility/licensing plan in progress Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Strong knowledge of DX and ICD-10 coding, billing policy for various payer types Demonstrated ability to supervise PT Assistants and Aides Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility and transfersRole Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic, focusing on mobility, functional improvement, and patient-centered goal-setting Develop, implement, and adjust individualized rehabilitation programs Document evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately using EMR Monitor and adjust patient care plans based on evolving needs Ensure high-quality patient interactions, answer questions, and maintain clear communication with physicians and colleagues Participate in the clinic's business marketing and referral processes as needed Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal/state privacy regulations Foster a safe, supportive clinical environmentBenefits & Travel Perks:
