Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience required. We are seeking a clinician who is confident treating orthopedic conditions, values evidence-based care, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. About Mobility Rx Physical Therapy Mobility Rx Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice focused on helping patients move better, recover faster, and stay active. Our clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative care, balance and fall prevention, Parkinson's disease treatment, osteoporosis management, and performance-based rehabilitation. We utilize advanced technologies including diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, shockwave therapy, strength and conditioning assessment and blood flow restriction training, Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based interventions Educate patients regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and self-management strategies Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic culture Qualifications Required Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Preferred Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or working toward specialization Experience treating post-operative orthopedic conditions Experience with balance disorders, Parkinson's disease, and older adult populations Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health insurance contribution 401(k) retirement plan Up to $5,250 annually for continuing education and tuition assistance Student loan repayment assistance opportunities Paid time off and California sick leave Wellness/gym membership benefit Flexible scheduling Performance bonus opportunities Professional growth and leadership opportunities Why Join Mobility Rx?
