Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time or Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) with strong manual skills to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to support each patient's rehabilitation journey. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, implementing evidence-based physical therapy treatments, and closely monitoring patient progress. You will also provide education to patients and their support systems to promote recovery and long-term mobility. Collaboration is essential, as you will work alongside other healthcare professionals and communicate updates to patients, caregivers, and the broader care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Our outpatient clinic places a strong emphasis on manual, hands-on therapy techniques for the majority of patients, making advanced manual skills essential for success in this role. Experience in vestibular therapy is preferred but not required—we offer training and mentorship to help you expand your expertise in this area. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and patient-focused professional who motivates and empowers individuals to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Licensed as a Physical Therapist in California Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Patient Care, focusing on compassionate and individualized treatment Knowledge of medical principles relevant to physical rehabilitation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team A strong sense of empathy, a compassionate outlook on PT, and the ability to motivate patients into reaching their goals in a responsible, safe way. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED) in good standing ATC, CSCS, SCS, and OCS or like certifications are preferred, but not required.Compensation:
$48.00 to $55.00 per hour ($100,000 - $120,000 per year, full-time pay), based on experience and credentials Sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 if you begin employment by 6/1/26Job Type:
