Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for patients. Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to maintain precise documentation. Supervise and mentor PT Assistants and Aides in patient care. Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care. Provide patient education, answer questions, and ensure comfort throughout the treatment process. Participate in business marketing and referral initiatives as needed. Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and privacy policies at all times. Be physically able to assist patients with mobility challenges, including lifting up to 50 pounds.Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Physical Therapist license for California (or eligibility to obtain). Solid skills with EMR systems, Word, Internet, and typing. Proficiency in DX and ICD-10 coding; understanding of billing procedures for various payors (Medicare, private, etc.). Continuing education courses are valued.Benefits & Perks:
