Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current, active Physical Therapist license issued by the State Board of Physical Therapy Strong foundation in pediatric or school-based physical therapy (experience in these settings is highly valued but not mandatory) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students, ensuring interventions are tailored to individual educational plans Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster optimal student outcomes Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Educate school staff and families on strategies for supporting students' physical development and mobility Enjoy a benefits package designed to support your professional journey and personal well-being.
