Job Summary Meridian Home Health is currently looking for an energetic and customer service-focused Physical Therapist. We are a boutique home health care company, based in San Diego, where your voice will be heard and patient care comes first. Initiates a physical therapy program and instructs/educates other personnel on how they can work with the patient on therapy goals. Supervise Physical Therapy assistants. Required Skills Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California. One of two years of Physical Therapy experience. Maintains a current CPR certification. Motivated and works well in an interdisciplinary team. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with California requirements and is in good working order.
