Outpatient Physical Therapy License Orthopedics Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist to join our dynamic team. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and designing treatment plans for patients with various physical injuries and conditions.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical abilities, strengths, and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plans Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and management strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure as a physical therapist Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience:
