Key Qualifications:
Valid and current Physical Therapist license in CA (or eligibility) Experience in hospital outpatient therapy preferred Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and infection control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to professional standards and state/federal regulations
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients; develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Create functional treatment programs for safe community reintegration Document in medical records promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety at all times Participate in student mentorship, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain professional licensure and complete required continuing education
