Schedule/Hours:
Travel position—flexibility required to accommodate patient and facility needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible Competency in evaluating and developing patient-centered treatment plans Experience working in outpatient or acute hospital settings preferred Familiarity with compliance standards, clinical documentation, and confidentiality requirements Strong communication and teaching skills for patients, families, and students Commitment to upholding core values of safety, teamwork, quality care, and ethical practice
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans Document all interventions, progress notes, and assessments clearly and accurately Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Design functional treatment programs promoting effective return to community activities Serve as an educator and role model to patients, families, students, and peers Actively pursue ongoing professional development to advance personal expertise Participate in safety initiatives and maintain adherence to clinic appearance, attendance, and safety protocols
