Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional capacity Develop and implement tailored care plans utilizing physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation Deliver hands-on therapy sessions to improve movement, alleviate pain, and restore function in various settings including hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, and home health environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to meet evolving needs Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to support ongoing recovery at home and within the community Maintain accurate documentation of treatments administered using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy to inform effective treatment approaches Proven experience in inpatient hospital care, outpatient clinics, home health services, or community-based physiotherapy programs Proficiency in care planning and discharge coordination to optimize patient outcomes Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics Ability to utilize EMR systems efficiently for documentation and communication purposes Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and trigger point therapy methods Experience working with acute care environments and understanding hospital protocols Home & community care experience is highly desirable for supporting patients outside clinical settings This energetic role invites motivated professionals eager to advance their physiotherapy expertise while making a positive difference in patients' lives.
