Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans using clinical reasoning to achieve discharge goals within set length of stay. Delegate and supervise therapy services, maintaining compliance with physician orders and insurance requirements. Document all treatments, goals, assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charges accurately and timely. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment. Maintain professional licensure, adhere to state practice acts, and comply with regulatory standards. Actively participate in professional development and organizational improvement initiatives. Promote patient and employee safety with a strong focus on safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace hazard identification.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
