This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient-centered care, clear communication, and a collaborative clinic culture. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care Perform thorough evaluations, develop plans of care, and progress patients appropriately Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic, PTBC, and APTA standards Communicate effectively with PTAs and clinic staff Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and home programs Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California (PTBC) Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements This position involves typical outpatient physical therapy activities, including standing for extended periods, demonstrating exercises, assisting patients with movement, and performing manual therapy as appropriate.
