Compensation & Premium Benefits:

Base Salary:

$110,000 - $125,000+ per year (commensurate with experience) Generous annual CEU stipend plus full license renewal reimbursement. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 401(k) plan. Full malpractice insurance coverage, generous PTO, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload across orthopedic and mild neurological conditions. Design, implement, and progress personalized, evidence-based physical therapy programs. Foster a collaborative environment by working alongside an experienced team of rehab professionals. Maintain clean, compliant, and efficient electronic documentation.

Qualifications:

Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) from an accredited program. Active California Physical Therapist license (or currently in the application/CAL-JAM process).
