1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, with a preference for 1 year of experience but open to new graduates. Details Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility Day shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points Charting performed in Perfect Notefield Requirements Current PT license required if applicable BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates and those without home health experience will be considered 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information Training provided on the Perfect Notefield charting system Supportive management team that is welcoming and willing to mentor traveling clinicians Phone interview required All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront First-time travelers and candidates without home health experience are welcome to apply
