Job Description
In-Home Physical Therapy Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time) Shepardson In-Home Therapy - Monterey Bay Area Shepardson In-Home Therapy is a modern, clinician-first practice focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care directly to older adults in their homes and communities. We work primarily with Medicare Part B patients across Northern and Central California, helping people stay mobile, independent, and out of the hospital—without the constraints of a traditional clinic. This is a role designed around flexibility, autonomy, and sustainability. You can make your own schedule, treat patients in environments that actually matter to their daily lives, and focus on care—not excessive documentation or administrative burden. Our systems are intentionally simple and streamlined (<30 second SOAP notes, <10 min eval write-ups), allowing you to spend more time with patients and less time clicking through an EMR. We are very considerate of the fact that most PTs are burnt out working for employers constantly pushing them for higher productivity. This job is designed to be flexible for the therapist. For all of the Home Health therapists particularly, we welcome your applications.
