• California License, In-Person or Telehealth Job Summary Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to provide 1-2 sessions per month for middle school-age students in California, with flexibility to deliver services either in person or via secure telehealth.

This role is ideal for an experienced PT who wants supplemental income and a low-frequency caseload while supporting students with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions for school-age children and adolescents in California. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and progress notes based on student goals and clinical findings. Collaborate with special education teams, parents, and related service providers to support student access to their educational programs. Provide clear home exercise and carryover activities to families and school staff, as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state, district, and Clarifi Staffing Solutions standards. If providing virtual sessions, use secure telehealth platforms and follow best practices for privacy and engagement. Required Qualifications Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

If providing telehealth only:

Must hold a valid PT license in California and in your state of residence. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist; school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred. Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and basic telehealth platforms (for virtual care).
