Hours/Week Pay Rate:
$2,450
  • $2,550/Week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation services in an acute care hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience treating orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and medical-surgical patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Requirements Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Active California Physical Therapist License. BLS Certification required. Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience. Acute Care experience preferred. First-time travelers welcome. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide rehabilitation services for orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary patients. Conduct gait training, transfer training, and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional status. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Document treatments and patient progress accurately in EPIC.
