Physical Therapist

The Encompass Group is partnering with an established pediatric specialty healthcare organization to hire a Pediatric Physical Therapist for their growing outpatient rehab program in Orange County, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about working with pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is excited about helping expand a developing PT program. Position Overview Primarily outpatient pediatric setting connected to a specialty pediatric hospital Patient population ranges from infancy through young adults Cases include medically complex neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, autism spectrum disorders, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses Opportunity to work closely alongside Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists in a multidisciplinary environment Ability to help build and grow the outpatient PT program long term Qualifications Pediatric outpatient experience preferred, but not required Neuro or orthopedic backgrounds welcomed — organization is willing to train the right individual New graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics may be considered Comfortable working with a level of autonomy and independence Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented, energetic, and collaborative personality Organization Highlights Established pediatric specialty hospital with approximately 25 years in the community 27-bed pediatric specialty hospital Close-knit rehab team and highly supportive leadership Strong emphasis on culture, collaboration, and long-term growth Located just north of Orange County Airport near CHOC If interested in learning more, please apply directly
