What You Will Be Doing Evaluate and treat patients using movement-based and performance-driven approaches Build and progress plans of care that translate into real-world activity and sport Use objective data from VALD technology to guide treatment decisions Communicate with referring providers and care teams Participate in community outreach and local events Engage in ongoing mentorship and clinical development Who This Is Built For Licensed or eligible for licensure in California Experience in orthopedics preferred, but not required Interest in working with active adults and runners Enjoyment of movement, strength training, and performance-based care A clinician who wants to continue growing and refining their craft Compensation and Benefits With performance bonus achieved, your total compensation reaches up to $105,500+ per yearTotal Compensation:
$101,000 to $105,500 (Years 1 and 2) This range reflects your full earnings including your sign-on bonus and benefits. Here is how that is structured:Base Salary:
