Physical Therapist Mobile Lymphedema & Oncology Care

Unlimited Potential Rehab & Wellness is looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to provide mobile, in-home lymphatic and oncology support services throughout San Diego County. This role is ideal for a therapist who values personalized 1-on-1 care and wants the flexibility of mobile practice while making a meaningful impact in the lives of oncology and post-surgical patients.

Services May Include:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Lymphedema management Post-surgical swelling support Compression garment education Oncology rehabilitation support Mobility, strength, and wellness-based treatment Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications:

Active California PT, license/certification (as applicable) CLT certification preferred Experience working with oncology and/or post-surgical patients preferred Comfortable working independently in home settings Strong communication and bedside manner Reliable transportation

Compensation:
