Physical Therapist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.

Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' abilities to perform daily tasks
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on treatment plans and techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• State licensure as an Physical Therapist
• Experience in medical imaging, case management, occupational health, and physiology knowledge is preferred
• Familiarity with acute care, critical care, pediatrics, ICU settings
