Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide be passionate about postpartum care, pelvic health PT, core rehab, orthopedic rehab, and be a team player that can integrate into a growing business in Redding CA that operates in a 1:1 setting. Duties Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical history. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with other PT's and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology. Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Experience in inpatient, acute care settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with clinic systems and patient care protocols. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
