Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will play a crucial role in improving patients' quality of life and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Duties:
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in pediatrics, hospital settings, or acute care is preferred
  • Proficiency in trigger point therapy, medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and anatomy knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
