Whether working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments, your expertise will empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to identify functional limitations and treatment goals Develop and implement customized care plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and community care strategies Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focusing on pain management, mobility enhancement, and injury rehabilitation in inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from hospital to home or community care environments Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and self-care strategies to support ongoing recovery Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology to continually improve patient outcomes Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy essential for accurate assessment and effective treatment planning Proficiency in developing care plans tailored to individual needs across diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and orthopedic patients Experience with inpatient hospital care, outpatient clinics, home & community care environments, and home health services Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey Knowledge of discharge planning procedures to facilitate smooth transitions from hospital to home or community settings Ability to perform trigger point therapy techniques effectively for pain relief and muscle relaxation Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping patients regain mobility and confidence through expert physiotherapy care.
