Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sacramento, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress Modify treatment plans based on patient response and clinical findings Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation and recovery plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and rehabilitation standards Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required Active California Physical Therapist license required Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred (rehabilitation, acute care, or SNF) Current CPR/BLS certification required Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercises required Ability to assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans required EMR documentation proficiency required Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and rehab protocols required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
