Inpatient Physical Therapist - Up to $63/HR + 10K Sign on bonus

Inpatient Physical Therapist providing comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting. Deliver assessments, treatment plans, and interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes Apply evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to achieve therapeutic goals Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and interventions Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care routines

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active California state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
